Expo Education Conference - August 13, 2009

Held in August of each year, this conference offers a full-day of education with special tracks targeted to every industry business category. All levels of employees in every Green Industry business will find a track targeted to meet their education needs.

TNLA Online Training
The Texas Nursery and Landscape Association is committed to enhancing business success through online educational offerings. The TNLA Online Training site offers a variety of training at your fingertips. These trainings are designed to educate professionals in the nursery and landscape industry by providing them with the knowledge and skills sets needed to successfully do their job, as well as preparing them to achieve TNLA certifications.

Held in conjunction with the Association’s annual meeting and Awards Dinner each January, This workshop is for the upper level manager or owner.

An education program to help train landscape employees easily and quickly. It is also designed to help prepare landscape employeesfor the Certified Landscape Technician Exam.

Risk Management

Working with the Risk Management Agency, the Texas Nursery & Landscape Association has created an easily accessible, online resource center for Green Industry employees and employers. Lessons include risk management information for employers andemployees, as well as helpful links to risk related websites and supporting information.

TNLA Education & Research Foundation

The TNLA Education & Research Foundation was created to advance in the broadest sense the environmentally beneficial use of plants, and  the interests of the nursery/landscape industry in Texas, through funding education and research. The Foundaiton awards post-high school scholarships and research grants.
